In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points and post them to your workout log.

Rest Day
When the chips are down, what are you going to do? Sometimes life has a way of pushing you to your limits—whether it be your finances, your family, your job, your health or all of them at the same time. For those who battle on a daily basis the solutions that overcome are easy to find. Battling on a daily basis is what our workouts and our nutrition are all about. Dan Gable is a wrestling coach (perhaps the best) who won 9 consecutive NCAA titles as a coach and an Olympic gold medal as an athlete. He has said that “once you have wrestled, everything else in life is easy”. He is right. By pushing yourself on a daily basis in one of the most demanding sports invented, you learn to overcome life’s obstacles. For those who do not compete, you often here a somber voice and weak tone at these difficult times. For those who do compete, there is no tone and there is no voice. There is only determined action. You have choices all the time. Excuses, blame, inactivity, and paralysis from analysis are always the wrong choice. Choose to accept responsibility for your life and problems disappear. Get out, battle, and compete today. You will be thankful later.
